This L.A. metal band is as original as they come starting their powerful pioneering sound nearly 30 years back and still as popular as ever drawing full houses worldwide. Dave Mustaine was originally hired back in 1981 to play with Metallica but the challenging wild life of being a rockstar took it's course with heavy partying and Mustaine was fired, happily for all of us Megadeth fans he never gave up and with fellow Rock God Dave Ellefson formed one of the top music bands out there as selling over 38 million albums is proof. Their debut album came out in 1985, Killing Is My Business... and Business Is Good! had small success with their blend of thrash and speed metal.

The guys were into the height of their heavy metal and heavy substance but that never seemed to stop their creative edge as years passed they went on to create one of their most hailed albums in 1992 Countdown to Extinction which hit number 2 on Billboards Top 200 Albums. They are now on their 13 album and life is good. Sober and still filling up arenas with their ever popular intense sounds of a view of life Megadeth style.
